CASE STUDIES & DECISION DOCUMENTS

Selected Work

Three projects in data analytics, business intelligence, and decision support. Each one states the problem, the tools used, and what the work does and does not show.

E-commerce analytics portfolio projectData Analyst & Business Intelligence Analyst

E-Commerce Sales & Profitability Analysis

PROBLEM & CONTEXT

Understand sales performance, product profitability, customer behavior, retention, discounts, seasonality, and sales channels.

APPROACH & TOOLS

Cleaned and validated raw sales data with Python, Pandas, and NumPy. Analyzed revenue, profitability, products, customers, and sales channels, and built executive-level charts with Matplotlib and Seaborn.

What this shows

The analysis found product categories with high revenue but low margins, and opportunities to improve profitability and customer retention. This is a portfolio project, so the findings are analytical, not measured business results.

Sales and marketing analyticsCreator of the Data-Insight AI Agent

Data-Insight AI Agent

PROBLEM & CONTEXT

Make sales and marketing data easier to explore: ask business questions, get KPI summaries, and produce executive reports.

APPROACH & TOOLS

Built an analytics agent with a knowledge base covering sales KPIs, product profitability, customer segmentation, RFM, retention, and marketing metrics. In the demo, an Excel file is uploaded and the agent returns an analytical summary and an executive dashboard.

What this shows

A demonstration built on a real dataset. The figures shown belong to that dataset, not to a business I ran.

Industrial and trade decision supportDesigner and builder

HS Code Industrial & Trade Intelligence

PROBLEM & CONTEXT

Help decision-makers assess a commodity from its HS Code: its role in the economy, its downstream industries, its dependence on supplier countries, and its exposure to price and tariff changes.

APPROACH & TOOLS

A decision-support prototype that combines trade intelligence, industrial value-chain analysis, supply-chain risk assessment, price-shock modeling, and scenario analysis. The output is a strategic brief or infographic for tariff and industrial policy decisions.

What this shows

A working prototype. It has not been deployed or validated against real policy decisions.
